In this paper, we present Wikked, which is a semantic wiki turned inside out: it is a wiki engine that is embedded in the generic RDF editor Hyena. That is, Hyena edits (structured) RDF and leaves it to Wikked to display (semi-structured) wiki pages stored in RDF nodes. Wegen seiner Einfachheit hat es eine höhere Benutzerakzeptanz als Verschlagwortungs-Verfahren, die auf einem kontrollierten Vokabular und fixen Strukturen basieren. Diese Einfachheit jedoch bringt auch Nachteile mit sich. Da die Nutzer die Tags frei wählen, können beispielsweise Fehler in der Rechtschreibung oder Mehrdeutigkeiten auftreten. Große Tag-Mengen werden zudem unüberschaubar. Techniken aus verschiedenen Bereichen der Informatik können dabei helfen, Beziehungen zwischen Tags zu ermitteln und so den Nutzen der durch Tagging gewonnenen Meta-Daten zu erhöhen. Manche Probleme lassen sich durch eine geeignete Wahl des zugrundeliegenden Tagging-Systems vermeiden. Dazu können Semantic-Web-Ansätze benutzt werden. Durch die Kombination von Tagging und Ontologien können Ambiguitäten von Tags aufgelöst werden, indem Tags mit den korrespondierenden Konzepten einer Ontologie verknüpft werden. Ferner können implizite Beziehungen zwischen Tags durch Verfahren aus der Statistik und des Data-Mining entdeckt werden. Co-Occurrence-Analysen und Assoziationsregeln-Mining helfen Strukturen innerhalb einer Menge von Tags zu finden. Bereits während der Eingabe von Tags kann der Benutzer durch Tag-Vorschläge unterstützt werden. Dadurch werden Rechtschreibfehler verringert und zusätzlich ein gemeinsames Vokabular innerhalb eines Tagging-System gefördert.
