Abstract

In this chapter, we first consider what it is that makes the web hard to use. We look specifically at browsing and linking, finding things with search-and-query perhaps aided by semantic web classification, increasing the relevance of things we find with personalization and portals, communities and social networks, and finally the mobile web.
