Abstract
Strategische und technische Lösungen für den intelligenten Betrieb von Maschinen und Anlagen: Unter dem Begriff Life Cycle Performance werden die Bewertung, Optimierung und Gestaltung von zuverlässigen und effizienten Systemen im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau über den gesamten Lebenszyklus verstanden. Mit modernen Methoden der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik sind wesentliche Erleichterungen für Maschinenbetreiber sowohl im technischen als auch organisatorischen Umfeld erreichbar. Der Fachbeitrag geht dabei auf die strategischen sowie technischen Herausforderungen für den intelligenten Betrieb ein und stellt die bereits entwickelten Lösungsansätze im Umfeld des Trends Industrie 4.0 vor. Organizational and technical solutions for the intelligent operation of machine and plants: The term life cycle performance describes the assessment, optimization and design of reliable and efficient systems in the machine and plant industry over the entire life cycle. Using modern methods of information and communication technology can thereby lead to essential relieves for machine operators, both on technical and organizational level. This paper addresses the strategic and technical challenges for intelligent operation and presents existing solutions in the area of future industry.
