System Usability Scale (SUS) was used to measure Collab2learn DB usability. Its average scores were compared between two different feedback formats (textual and iconic). Results indicated Collab2learn DB is a usable online discussion board however further improvements need to be done especially in the prototype’s functionalities integration and consistency.
