First we define cloud computing and discuss the different service and deployment models from a business standpoint. Then we move into business cases for the cloud and the strengths of each service and deployment model. We follow this up with business attributes that tend to drive a cloud adaption and the effects of cloud on business IT. The last section reveals the challenges of cloud computing ranging from security concerns and legal issues, to negotiation of an adequate service level agreement.
