Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a didactic experience conducted at the University of Alicante, in the courses of Translation and Interpretation, within the subject General Translation: German-Spanish. From the script of a movie (in this case, Der Untergang, 2004), students work collectively on a translation proposal. This proposal is discussed and presented to the teacher. Once this has been done, the film is viewed and other forms of scripts studied. Taking this into account, a student-translator is responsible for carrying out a final translation proposal.
