paper presents the development and evaluation of a web-based tool
for the management
of guidelines. The tool aims to provide system developers and usability
experts as well as students with facilities for administrating and
retrieval of guidelines
in use situations. This paper describes the theoretical foundation
and the
functionalities of the system and also reports on the initial evaluation
