The Genetics of Stress-Related Disorders: PTSD, Depression and Anxiety Disorders

This article discusses the genetics of stress-related disorders. I used it when I was researching sample sizes, to get a sense of what an appropriate sample size for a genome-wide association study would be. According to this study, a highly polygenic gene like many stress-related disorders may require sample sizes in the tens or even hundreds of thousands to get good results.
