The main emphasis is on an explicit description of how and why such or other component is chosen for the definition of REPROCHER; the whole process of constructing an adequate definition is shown step by step. Since the ECDMF is a highly formalized dictionary, our central concern is to develop a sufficiently formalized procedure for converting raw lexical data into lexical entries satisfying the requirements of the ECD approach. The lexical entries for all senses of the three above vocables are given in full. The paper ends with a lexicographic checklist: a set of relevant questions to be asked about lexical data; this set has been established using the evidence of the present research.
