Abstract
Planungssystematik für Montagesysteme auf Basis von Strukturmodellen und physikbasierter Simulation: In diesem Fachartikel wird eine IT-orientierte Planungsmethodik für Montagesysteme vorgestellt, welche die Rekonfiguration im Systementwurf unterstützt. Um automatisierungstechnische Skalierungsstufen bereits in der Konzeptphase effizient absichern zu können, muss der Aufwand zur Modellerstellung signifikant reduziert werden. Hierfür wird ein Ansatz vorgeschlagen, der auf Strukturmodellen in einem Produktlebenszyklus-Management-System sowie auf physikbasierter Simulation beruht. Model-based reconfiguration -- Planning system for assembly systems on the basis of structural models and physics-based simulation An information technology-based planning methodology for assembly systems is presented that supports reconfiguration during the early design phase. To test different levels of plant automation the modeling effort must be reduced significantly. For this purpose, an approach is proposed which is based on structural models in a product lifecycle management system and on a physics-based simulation environment.
