Abstract
Following the acceptance of children rights and considering them as independent individuals, new ethical challenges emerged in pediatric nursing. In one hand pediatric nurses have been confronted to new technologic health devise that requires specific competencies and in other hand they are forced to making balance between child ?d, parents,? and their own values, beliefs, and
priorities in providing care. These are the source of ethical challenges. In this review we discuss about these challenges in pediatric nursing fields and the solutions for manage them briefly
