In the present study 57 last year Biology students from college of science Salahaddin University served as participants. They were assisted into four groups. Group (1):- male desire biological academic studying. Group (2):- male undesired biological academic studying. Group (3):- female desire biological academic studying and Group (4):- female undesired biological academic studying. Blood samples were collected from all groups during the first semester of the academic year. All blood samples were analyzed for serum cortisol levels, serum á-amylase levels and complete blood counts (CBC)
