      <para>The paper describes a platform to evolve 3&#45;D models of jet planes&#44; with ideas from both GA and GP. It is meant to help in model&#45;acquisition&#44; generation and refinement&#44; mainly for model&#45;based 3&#45;D object recognition (a computer vision problem)&#44; rather than for high&#45;resolution computer graphics. Nevertheless&#44; the main idea is to evolve 3&#45;D structures suitable for graphic rendering and other uses. It has been implemented successfully in Mathematica and the paper is an abstract submitted to ACCV&#39;93.
