    Enterprise-class social media management (SMM) is changing, according to a new report launched today by TrustRadius. No longer maintained by the marketing team alone, big companies are making use of SMM tools across the organization. In addition to detailed reports and findings, found in TrustRadius’ new Buyer’s Guide to Enterprise Social Media Management Software, is its TrustMap a device that helps software buyers quickly locate the products most highly rated and evaluated by their peers. Based on user ratings and product evaluation frequency, the top rated SMM software products for enterprises include Brandwatch, Buddy Media, Hootsuite Enterprise, Sprout Social, Viralheat and Woobox. The product with by far the most evaluations, and a higher-than-average rating, is Sprinklr.     Facebook today unveiled a new suite of tools designed to help marketers better understand how ads on the social network boost their business. In a blog post, Facebook said its new tools expand conversion lift measuring capabilities [which allows] advertisers to accurately determine the additional business driven by Facebook ads and make future marketing decisions based on this information. Facebook believes its advertising partners need to understand conversion lift because it s the best way they can understand how ads placed on the social network drive sales. When an ad campaign begins, the system works by first establishing a randomized test group of people that see the ads, and a control group of people that don t. When the campaign is over, advertisers share their conversion data with Facebook, which then analyzes the conversion lift generated by the ads.     In its first ever report on the conversion rate optimization space (CRO), G2 Crowd shows there are still no real leaders in the industry. The report, launched today, shows that while products such as KISSmetrics and Optimizely are getting close to the kind of market presence that would move them into G2 Crowd’s ‘leader’ quadrant and Monetate is not far behind these products simply aren’t prevalent enough yet to make it into the top half of G2 s Grid.
