Therefore, a powerful and energy demanding processing core with an operating system is needed to achieve high data rates. In communication systems that are placed in a high temperature environment, e.g. electronics close to car engines or in aerospace applications, installation space is limited, temperatures of up to 175 {\$}{\$}^{\backslash}circ {\$}{\$}C occur and a high energy consumption leads to further self-heating. Thus, a robust high temperature ASIC is mandatory in order to provide an energy efficient and small processing platform.}, added-at = {2020-01-09T14:28:01.000+0100}, address = {Cham}, author = {Stuckenberg, Tobias and Gottschlich, M. and Nolting, Stephan and Blume, Holger}, biburl = {https://www.bibsonomy.org/bibtex/2413ae7c41b95c2f390cfd7dd63ec1200/imsl3s}, booktitle = {Embedded Computer Systems: Architectures, Modeling, and Simulation (SAMOS)}, description = {Design and Optimization of an ARM Cortex-M Based SoC for TCP/IP Communication in High Temperature Applications | SpringerLink}, editor = {Pnevmatikatos, Dionisios N. and Pelcat, Maxime and Jung, Matthias}, interhash = {93c1e6ae80ca3e316e52f9e77dd72083}, intrahash = {413ae7c41b95c2f390cfd7dd63ec1200}, isbn = {978-3-030-27562-4}, keywords = {2019 myown}, pages = {169-183}, publisher = {Springer}, series = {Lecture Notes in Computer Science}, timestamp = {2020-01-21T13:28:57.000+0100}, title = {Design and Optimization of an ARM Cortex-M Based SoC for TCP/IP Communication in High Temperature Applications}, url = {http://dblp.uni-trier.de/db/conf/samos/samos2019.html#StuckenbergGNB19}, year = 2019 }
