Abstract

The calculation of the induced longitudinal vol 0age takes place wider consideration of the finite length o:f influencing high-tension line and in:fluenced telecommunication line. The current distribution in all conductor-earth circuits is calculated taking into account the positiondependent complex mutual impedances. By variation of the short-circuit location, the longitudinal voltage of the telecommunication line is calculated as a function of the fault location; in the most unfavourable fault case it is 20 % smaller tha.~ the longitudinal voltage evaluated up to now. The calculation is done by means of a digital computer by complex matrix relations in which case a normalization is given. Thus, the economic and technical-material requirements for protection measures may be considerably lowered.
