The principal contents of the paper are as follows: - Basic thinking on wind load and design procedures - Dynamic wind pressure for design (basic design wind speed, gust factor, relation between height above ground and gust wind speed) - Reduction in overhead wire wind pressure with span length - Wind force coefficient (for framework and wire)
