The analysis will focus on critical control point CCP for fish quality in order to meet the requirements of processing export companies. For each CCP, the study considered the requirements of processing firms, the benchmark based on the APPU model, and Pangasius farming practices of fishery association and independent farmers. Gaps in quality assurance will be examined in order to point out measures necessary to improve and assure fish quality at farm level.
