Dr. Haseen Taj Administrative behavior inventory was administered to a sample of 240 heads. The finding of the study showed that male and female heads do not differ significantly in their Administrative behavior, the finding of the study also showed that government and private heads do not differ significantly in their Administrative behavior but urban and rural heads differ significantly in their Administrative behavior.
