Along with this, the philosophical and legal aspects of civil society are revealed by the author on the basis of an in–depth analysis. In the article, along with the analysis of theories concerning civil society, the author provides his own opinions and judgments. In addition, the article discusses, analyzes and gives practical recommendations on modern concepts of civil society.
