Also, the condition of solvability is established. The literature of mathematics is silent for finding the solutions of such congruence. Even no method to solve such types of congruence is discussed. Here, solvability condition is obtained. The solvability condition makes it easy to find the solutions. It saves the time in calculation. This is the merit of the paper.
