Secondly, this paper focuses on the introduction of power frequency MF exposure limit in Japan and the establishment of Japan EMF Information Centre to promote risk communication and facilitate public understanding based on scientific evidence after the issue of Fact Sheet 322 by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2007.
