Workplace Relations is a government web site (produced by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation) providing information on rights and obligations under employment equality and industrial relations legislation for Ireland. It has been created as part of the Workplace Relations Reform Programme, which involves merging the activities of the National Employment Rights Authority, the Labour Relations Commission, the Equality Tribunal and the first instance functions of the Labour Court and the Employment Appeals Tribunal into a new Body of First Instance, the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC). It includes decisions and determinations of the Equality Tribunal 1996 onwards, the Labour Court October 1986 onwards and the Employment Appeals Tribunal 2007 onwards. Decisions/determinations can be searched by case type, body and keyword.
The 2013 European Semester is in full swing. The Commission published the country-specific recommendations for each Member State, along with an overarching communication on what is needed to return to growth and jobs.
Zehn Jahre nach der Veröffentlichung der ursprünglichen "Budapest Open Access Initiative" hat die dahinterstehende Open Society Foundation Resümee gezogen und Empfehlungen fürs nächste Jahrzehnt gegeben.
