AjaxToaster is built on XMLToaster and inspired by the "guerrilla SOA" philosphy. It gives you the power to easily create JSON & XML based CRUD services for your web applications. It runs as a servlet in an app-server or with its own standalone server.
Metawidget takes your domain objects and automatically creates User Interface components for them, saving you handcoding your UIs and leaving you to concentrate on stitching together your application.
As much as possible, Metawidget does this without introducing new technologies. It inspects, at runtime, an application's existing back-end architecture (such as JavaBeans, annotations, XML configuration files) and creates components native to its existing front-end framework (such as Swing, Java Server Faces, Struts or Android).
Metawidget does not hide the power of your existing User Interface framework from you and guarantees that your investment in its technology and knowledge is as valid as always. The LGPL open source license allows the use of Metawidget in open source and commercial projects.
JuiPiter provides a mechanism to separate Swing tasks from long running non-UI tasks. The core of the JuiPiter mechanism is the Window Logic Decoupler. The decoupler, in addition to memory management and externalized strings, adds a single local Thread (non-Swing) per window that acts as the delegate. The single thread aspect solves the multi-Thread concurrency management that the developer must handle is using other options, i.e., SwingWorkerThread, FoxTrot, Spin.
All Swing and delegate tasks communicate through a message passing, publish and subscribe mechanism. Each task publishes messages through the decoupler. The use of queues allows the tasks to communicate without specific synchronization. There is one set of queues and a delegate thread for each Window, though a way to pass messages between Windows has been implemented. Along with this simple messaging infrastructure, JuiPiter also includes a number of Swing component helper classes and an extensive sample application, similar to the SwingSet, that demonstrates all the aspects of the JuiPiter framework. JuiPiter is designed in layers so that some developers may use just the messaging foundation while others will also use the component helpers and utility classes.

Reverspring is a Java library that allows you to create Spring IoC XML files from POJO at runtime.
CoI stands for Control of Inversion: Reverspring just inverts the inversion of control mechanism of Spring Framework, allowing you to (re)write Spring descriptors starting from your Java objects. The Simple Logging Facade for Java or (SLF4J) is intended to serve as a simple facade for various logging APIs allowing to the end-user to plug in the desired implementation at deployment time. SLF4J also supports a bridging legacy APIs as well as a source code migration tool.
SLF4J API offers an advanced abstraction of various logging systems, including JDK 1.4 logging, log4j and logback. Features include parameterized logging and MDC support.
Logging systems can either choose to implement the the SLF4J interfaces directly, e.g. logback or SimpleLogger. Alternatively, it is possible (and rather easy) to write SLF4J adapters for a given API implementation, e.g. Log4jLoggerAdapter or JDK14LoggerAdapter..
Spin is a transparent threading solution for non-freezing Swing applications.
Swing is the standard component architecture for developing Java desktop applications. Its exhaustive collection of widgets is the foundation for easy development of rich graphical user interfaces (GUI).
Alas every non trivial GUI sooner or later encounters the problem of "freeze". This annoying behaviour is experienced by users every time the application performs extensive calculations or blocks for network or disk I/O.
We will explain the reason for this problem and explore different techniques to prevent Swing GUIs from "freezing". We will present our project named Spin which offers a - to our knowledge - revolutionary new approach. JSF Flex goal is to provide users capability in creating standard Flex components as JSF components. Joda-Time provides a complete quality alternative to the JDK date and time classes. At some point however, many projects need to persist these classes to a database. One popular tool for achieving this is Hibernate.
To ease the integration of Joda-Time and Hibernate, this sub-project was setup. It aims to provide the classes necessary to persist Joda-Time objects.

Our mission is to provide a framework that handles all default settings and allows us to quickly start with the development tasks our customers are interested in. NativeCall is a Java toolkit that lets you call native methods from Java without JNI code. The current version 0.4.1 supports structs, Strings, primitive types (int and boolean), byte and char arrays and output parameters. NativeCall is implemented for the Windows platform.

Asynchronous IO for JavaTM (AIO4J) is a package that provides the capability to perform input and output (IO) on sockets and files asynchronously -- that is, where the Java application can request the operation but can continue doing useful work while the underlying system performs the operation. The application is informed of the operation's completion later.
Project OpenJFX is a project of the OpenJFX community for sharing early versions of the JavaFX Script language and for collaborating on its development. In the future, the JavaFX Script code will be open sourced. The governance, licensing, and community models will be worked out as the project evolves.
