People aged between 55 and 60 in Cannock are being offered the latest test to spot any signs of bowel cancer, thanks to The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust (RWT).

The Bowel Scope Service sees people offered the one-off, 10-minute procedure, called a flexible sigmoidoscopy, which detects and removes small growths called polyps that could become cancerous in the future.
