tasteMINT ist ein innvovatives personales Potenzial-Assessment-Verfahren, das Abiturientinnen an der Schnittstelle Schule – Hochschule die Möglichkeit bietet, ihre Stärken für den MINT-Bereich zu erproben. An drei Tagen durchlaufen die Teilnehmerinnen einzeln und im Team bestimmte Anforderungssimulationen, die für das Studium und den späteren Beruf im MINT-Bereich typisch sind. Dabei werden sie von fachkundigen Beobachterinnen und Beobachtern begleitet, die ihnen im Anschluss ein individuelles Feedback und eine Beratung geben, basierend auf klaren, transparenten Eignungskriterien. Dazu gehört auch die Einschätzung, ob eine Universität oder Fachhochschule geeigneter sein könnte.
