Abstract

Background and Purpose: Human knowledge about the causes of diseases and mortality is incomplete, but the number of lifestyle choices that contribute significantly to these diseases is known.Chronic kidney failure is characterised by a variety of pathophysiological mechanisms.Chronic kidney disease was once a health concern, but it is now a global health peril. It is one of the problems facing the human community and the globe today, affecting a number of community members on a daily basis. This paper's primary objective is to investigate the lifestyle of patients with chronic kidney failure, including their dietary habits, use of tobacco, alcohol, and narcotics, physical activity, sleep patterns, health care patterns, sexual activity, recreation, and social relationships. The present study is a descriptive investigation in which a sample of 66 patients with chronic kidney failure was chosen as a sampling technique. The researcher's questionnaire was used to collect data after its validity (content) and reliability (Alpha test of Bach) were determined. The questionnaire was divided into three categories: demographic information, disease-related information, and lifestyle-related data. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were utilised.Findings:42/92% of the 66 patients studied were married, 31/82% were retired, and 45/45% had either a secondary education or a high school diploma. The mean BUN, Cr, and Cr were f /1762 and 6respectively, which corresponded to a weight of 14945 and a body mass index of /0.36 and 2336, respectively. 67/66% of patients with a first-rate of 5 have chronic kidney failure, and the average filtration rate was 67/11/ l / min. The most prevalent risk factors for disease are diet, physical activity, sleep, elimination of urine and defecation, sexual activity, entertainment, and social relationships.Lifestyle education can enhance physical, emotional, social, and public health performance while reducing restrictions on patients' roles. As a result, the attention and care of patients are essential for reforming and maintaining a balanced lifestyle, as it can result in severe lifestyle complications.
