Abstract

PMID: 20486704 A ZIF-8 thin film-based Fabry−Pe�rot device has been fabricated as a selective sensor for chemical vapors and gases. The preparation of the ZIF-8 thin film and a series of ZIF-8 thin films of various thicknesses grown on silicon substrates are presented.
