Abstract
The process of educating a person is a very complex process of activity, and from time immemorial, the leaders of society have been involved in this activity. This means that the upbringing of the younger generation, the content of its organization is important not only in determining the maturity of the individual, but also the development of society. A modern school teacher has a number of tasks. The article addresses these issues.
