Abstract

State-of-the-art perovskite solar cells often employ expensive organic hole transporting materials (HTM) such as spiro-OMeTAD, motivating the search for potential alternatives. Here we report single-crystal data of EDOT-amide-TPA as well as the first utilization of EDOT-amide-TPA as HTM for Cs2AgBiBr6 perovskite solar cells, outperforming spiro-OMeTAD. The dense packing of the EDOT-amide-TPA film improves the charge carrier extraction, increasing the JSC and PCE.
