The thesis was conceptualized as an construction management project, substantiated by the
theoretical processing of the topic, wherein analyzed required resources, time and costs based on the
main project which was obtained from contractor building company "Dom". Data used in the
preparation of this study was collected from the project documentation, market analysis in
cooperation with reputable contractor, professional literature, Internet and lecture notes from college
of Construction management. This thesis has analyzed the basic construction works and reviewed
following elements of organization design: technical specifications, bill of quantities with
measurement book, site scheme, calculations and work schedule.
In process of creating work schedule, Microsoft Project software tool was used for better
optimization of time. The construction management project obtained the total cost of works in the
amount of 816,613.30 kn, and the total duration of the construction of 119 working days.
