This book reports on an extensive investigation about assessment and contemplates some of the lessons learned from that. The experience of a group of teachers have collaborated with the researchers over two and a half years of the project's work, on how to implement reforms in their formative assessment practices. Their experience, the authors' observations and their reflections on the changes they have made are the bedrock of this book.
