With the implementation, the web becomes a virtual mentor. A feedback feature provides an interface with a web-based Discussion Forums that facilitates continuous feedback and refinement of the details that is transparent to all users, further increasing the educational value of the tool, as well as leveraging new experiences across projects and engineers in the firm.
