Abstract
The article discusses the author's views regarding the disadvantages of digitization of library materials in the U.S. She expresses that libraries provide abstracts to describe the document's content relevant to the course of inquiry. She asserts that abstracts are header of studies, however, the original thought is never consulted nor conceived. She believes that online discourse questions the efficacy of research if it does not provide the exact information students are looking for.
