Аннотация
Simulating a large number of dipolar particles condined by walls of
one sort or another to a spherical region with the free space boundary
condition applied to the electrostatic interactions. To aviod edge
effects they have averaged the electric field over a subregion whose
edges are kept reasonably far from the edge of the container.
