In this article, the scientific, theoretical and methodological foundations of control organization and efficiency evaluation in international companies are studied. As a result of solving the theoretical and practical issues related to the topic, scientific and practical recommendations were developed on the organization of control and evaluation of its effectiveness in the joint enterprise of UZTEX TASHKENT LLC, which is the object of research.
