A 3d Cellular-Automaton Model Of Coupled Growth In 2-Component Systems
J. Spittle, and S. Brown. Acta Metallurgica Et Materialia, 42 (6):
1811--1815(June 1994)
Abstract
A 3D cellular automaton model has been developed to illustrate the
evolution and coupled
radial growth of a two phase cell (grain). Coupled growth occurs in
various types of phase transformation
in materials systems and the resulting microstructures can significantly
influence final properties. The
model simulates the redistribution of the atomic/molecular species
taking place during a transformation
and the establishment of coupled growth.
Eutektische o. ae. Reaktion simuliert mit Hilfe eine 3D-CA.
Einfaches Modell: Wenn 6 angrenzende Zellen (alle kubisch) Y-Phase
sind, dann reagiert auch aktive Zelle zu Y. Ergibt ganz gute Resultate
fuer extrem einfache Annahmen. Woher kommt "coupled simulation" Verhalten?
Von diffusions-anteil? Nicht ganz verstanden.
