Abstract
In Russia, in a market economy, the effective use of human resources is of particular importance, which has a direct impact on the efficiency and competitiveness of any enterprise. Staff plays a fundamental role in the activities of a modern organization. In this article the feature of development of the personnel potential of the organizations working in the trade sphere, its features is considered.
