Serious disabled children, who are nursed only in their families, bring particular problems. In the authors opinion a decisive improvement of attendance is possible. For that purpose a more intensive work of "Dispensaries for disabled children and juveniles" in connexion with a consistent utilization of the socialist legislation is necessary.
