Cyber-physisch geprägte Montageplanungsmethoden

Abstract
Auf dem Weg zu intelligenten Montageplanungsmethoden mithilfe von IT-Tools im Bereich Industrie 4.0: Die Planung von Montagesystemen wird im Zuge aktueller Trends immer komplexer. Um eine Beherrschung der Komplexität zu ermöglichen, werden im Forschungsprojekt SmartF-IT im Kontext von Industrie 4.0 Informationstechnologie (IT)-Werkzeuge entwickelt und eingesetzt. Im Fokus stehen dabei unter anderem die Bestimmung des minimalen Informationsbedarfs zur Durchführung von Planungstätigkeiten, Vorgehensweisen zur Montageplanung und Unterstützungswerkzeuge, welche in einem Referenzmodell angewandt werden. Cyber-physical characterised assembly planning: Today, the planning of assembly systems is a complex process. To master this complexity, IT-tools are developed and used within the context of Industrie 4.0 in the research project SmartF-IT. In the focus of the project are following activities: the determination of the minimal information for performing various operations of planning, the approach on assembly planning and supporting tools, which are utilised in a reference model.
