Abstract
In most of the reaction recovery of the chemicals is not possible and every time one cannot use substitutes for chemicals everywhere. In small scale approaches safety is most important regarding the small scale approaches are comparatively large scale approaches are not that much safe. The large scale approaches are not safe comparatively to the small scale approaches. While small scale approach is easy as per as procedure is concerned therefore less time is required. The pollution problem is minimized to certain extent. By using these method low concentrations of reagents, low quantity of samples, low quantity of aliquot and save indicator solution
