Abstract
Todays society is complex and ever changing. Growing up emotionally is complicated and difficult under any circumstances, but especially so when childs behaviour and appearance speak adult, while their feelings cry child. Children are blooming buds. They are important asset of nation. As children grow, they must learn not only to care with current demands but also to prepare for the many unexpected events, they will face in their tomorrows changes brought by new techniques and technologies. Children are expected to grow and learn to their fullest potential. Parents serve as advocates for children in order to meet needs of all children for access to education and health care process.
