The parameters that were determined included temperature, pH, transparency, conductivity, dissolved oxygen (DO), free carbon dioxide, alkalinity, hardness (calcium, magnesium), chloride, biological oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), and phosphate, sulphate and nitrate concentrations.
