However, in recent years, many frameworks that offer a complete suite for developing cross-platform applications have been developed. In this paper, we present a combination of breakthrough technologies and frameworks for developing a Python based RestAPI, an Administrator’s side desktop application and a cross-platform application powered by Ionic, Angular, HTML and CSS, as the main IR tool of UCY’s library.
