Although cold chain logistics has developed rapidly in recent years， there are still some problems. The paper uses SWTO method to analyze the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of development of cold chain logistics in China. Finally according to the results of study gives some corresponding measures and suggestions on how to develop the cold chain logistics.
