Abstract
Up to one year following COVID-19 infection, our risk of
mental health issues such anxiety, sadness, substance abuse,
and sleep disorders is reduced? A new study demonstrates why
addressing mental health issues among COVID-19 survivors
should be a top focus. COVID-19 infections have caused more
than 14.8 million additional cases of mental illness worldwide,
with 2.8 million in the United States
