Abstract
Cardiovascular system parameters were used to investigate autonomous nervous system tone in 97 children with cerebral spastic paralysis during and after surgical treatment of contractures and vascular deformities in the lower extremities. The investigations have shown that additional protection of the autonomous nervous system with gangliolytics promotes to a decrease and stabilization of the autonomous nervous system tone. The necessity of an objective control over the autonomous nervous system tone in children with cerebral spastic paralysis and differentiated tactics of hyperreactivity correction with gangliolytics are discussed.
