This paper provides the basic characteristics of the method, highlights the changes made from its originally published form, and identifies a few ranaining limitations. Canparisons with actual line performance are given, together with some general purpose estimating curves. Ongoing studies directed toward further improvanents to the method are reviewed. Future updates to this publication are intended.
