The people started communicating with each other and it became the medium of expression. When language started then systematization started slowly and grammatical treatises became possible and were made available through transmission. In the grammatical tradition Bhart hari became the champion in analyzing the metaphysical framework of it in detail. The paper discusses that very aspect here.
