cevoir, de synthétiser et d’évaluer de nouvelles sondes moléculaires porteuses de polyphénols comme substrats d’affinité en tant qu’outils de choix pour l’étude des interactions entre ces polyphénols et les protéines qui les génèrent ou qu’ils ciblent dans leur expression d’activités biologiques. Ces sondes polyvalentes pourront être utilisées soit pour identifier au sein d’un mélange complexe de protéines, une protéine ayant une affinité spécifique pour un polyphénol donné, soit pour étudier de manière qualitative les interactions d’un polyphénol avec une protéine donnée en temps réel par la technique de résonance plasmonique de surface (SPR).
La structure et la cristallisation des verres d'oxydes sont des domaines d'étude importants dans plusieurs contextes, notamment dans le domaine des déchets nucléaires et de la préservation du patrimoine.
Dans le contexte des déchets nucléaires, les verres d'oxydes sont souvent utilisés comme matrices de confinement pour emprisonner les produits de fission et les éléments radioactifs.
Les plastiques biosourcés occupent en effet une proportion de plus en plus importante dans la
production globale de plastiques. Bien que ne représentant que 2% de la production totale en 2018
(European Bioplastics 2019), leur pénétration progressive sur le marché les amènera à se retrouver de
plus en plus fréquemment et en quantités croissantes dans les filières de gestion des déchets. Leur
insertion au sein des flux de déchets classiques amène donc une remise en question de l’adaptabilité
des filières de traitement et de valorisation actuelles et en développement.
Au cours de cette thèse nous nous sommes intéressés à la synthèse d’hétérocycles azotés
dérivés de benzazépinones et de composés pyridiniques et pyrimidiniques. Ces travaux
ont été menés sous la direction du Pr. Samir Z. Zard au Laboratoire de Synthèse
Organique à l’Ecole Polytechnique. Ce manuscrit est composé de cinq chapitres.
